Hey man, love the Mass Effect weapons. Fantastic job on them, and the aesthetic just meshes so well with the game world.
Anyways, any chance we could get all the weapons in a single modpack? I'd love to lighten up my mod list haha.

@Darkzero Sorry about that dude. Apprently a lot of stuff changed in the new DLC. I currently do not own it, so I need to wait on an explanation on what work needs doing to resolve the issue.

Once I do however, I will update these weapons to work in the DLC. Please be patient in the mean time.

Hey peeps, sorry no update in a while. Was getting peeved with Xcom & LW2 fixing so played some games to take my mind of it.

Anyhoo updated today with another LW2 patch. The update for LW2 should now make the starting version (cv) buildable and tradable at the blackmarket. Also resolved the "slots" issue some peeps reported.

Im not sure if this works properly, so its down to you folks to let me know if ot goes pearshaped and how. Thanks for downloading and have fun!

@Cata - The body is Kexx's shepard mod's armor. The head is the model by Jill Sandwich in the workshop. I just jazzed up the texture a bit for myself.

Quick question; When they are upgraded do they still show the information text on the weapon panel in the HQ? That is does it still have its description and weapon info?

Number of slots is just a value I can change, its not a biggie and an easy tweak. As for which ones are which, I may need to add extra blurb text for the extra tiers. Idk yet, need to read more on the mod.

But hey they work! Which is great news. Ill push out the patch to other weapons shortly and work on it a bit more this week.

AoD_lexandro, In my playthru with the M98 Widow and the M8 Avenger theyr'e in inventory, base model of M98 but only (1) upgrade slot not 3. Did not upgrade when the weapons upgraded to laser, not all weapon mods upgrade to laser and plasma I believe, the firepower increases. Also, I added the weapons during a playthrough with other weapons. The other weapons had (3) upgrade slots and upgraded after being added just to give you the total picture.

Thanks to E3245 for pointing me in the right direction and giving me a basic template to work with, Ive just updated with a proper attempt at LW2 compatability.

Again this is untested so I need you peeps to let me know if it works or not, and any issues with it if it does work.

Some weapons come with armor piercing as standard, but reduced ammo count to compensate balance wise. Others are just cosmetic alternatives. Ive noted in the mods info if it has such stats (widow has +1 armor pierces for example).

All of my weapons have fully customisable stats and costs, so you can tweak away to your hearts content. Please feel free to change the stats anyway you want, its your game afterall.

@AoD_lexandro: Well, in this case they at least might use it for somthing, but after LW-Toolbox having loads of unneeded incompatibilites(as other mods doing all the same stuff - not counting the changed loadout-screen - do not have those), that really doesn't seem like a surprise to me in the slightest...sry, just wanted to say that.
And I have a question: I really like your ME3-weapon-mods(despite never having played any ME-game) and since I'm not using LW2 anyway, I thought I'd ask if any of your ME3-weapons have the same stats as their vanilla-counterparts. I like to have slight differences, and I know that at least some of your weapons have differences, so if some wouldn't, I'd like to change them for myself. SRY if this question seems kinda out of place on this one. ^^"

Yeah I know. Just pisses me right off that a bunch of modders make a mod that fracks up a lot of other stuff and expects everyone else to fix it. And thar they take money from people gullable enought to "donate" for shoddy workmanship.

In the mean time; For those with Lw2 I would suggest using Xskin to replace the default weapons with my modded version as this should allow for compatability, just without any of my stat alterations.

AoD_lexandro, have you tried asking them why they removed schematics? Could be that it was done to make room for more stuff, or that the feature was re-purposed for something else. Regardless, careful; there are some rabid Long War fanboys out there who won't hesitate to start a keyboard fight with anyone who so much as breaths in the wrong way at Pavonis.

Sad to hear that the mod is currently incompatible with LW2, though, and it sucks that they changed something that affects your mods in such a big way.

Fyi the "fix" may either take a really long time or not at all. Im not a great coder and this stupid shit by Pavonis makes if extremely hard for me to fix.

So I think I have found the cause. Apparently LW2 removes schematics from the game and stop them working. Which is pretty fraking stupid. According to the documentation I need to write a set of new config files just for the weapons to work in LW2.

Pain in the fucking arse. Personal opinion is that Pavonis suck donkey balls.

Ok Ive updated the mod today to sort out the grimmy loot mod problem. Ive also attempted to fix the LW2 issue, but I have no idea if it works or not as I dont use LW2. Please let me know if it works.

Please note; you will probably have to unsub and resub to the mod to ensure its updated properly.
