@KaiserCharles The programs I used were GIMP/Photoshop for changing the colors and adding the badges to the uniforms, Notepad++ for setting up the mod structure, and Jorodox tools for applying the textures to a model. Jorodox tools is a google app.

That should be everything you need.

one quick question, what programe have you used to change the colours of the skin and adding special badges?

Definietely agree with @Sgt M. Jones that a summer / non-greatcoat-helmet variant of the Soviet infantry would be amazing! Or a slight recolour of the existing model's greatcoat and recolour of the helmet to look more like the winter fur cap.

I know you get tons of people asking for uniforms but I would worship you as the second coming of Jesus if you made an Austrian reskin.

@Shogun16002 The launcher should show them as outdated, but they should still work if you activate them since reskins don't really have anything to do with the changing game mechanics.

I haven't started working on any German mountain, motorized, or infantry troops yet. So far the only German reskin is for the marine.

I wouldn't be able to create anything with the showa/Taisho era uniforms because paradox doesn't have any model close to it ingame currently.

If you accept requests, do you think you could replace the Japanese Infantry uniform with the early showa / Taisho era uniforms?

@Nuttex Not currently because the paratrooper uniforms look completely different from the vanilla models ingame. I'm waiting to see if paradox releases some official models for paratroopers first.

@Vikhr I'm holding off on adding stuff to China and Asian minor countries because I wouldn't be able to imitate their uniforms with reskins of current uniforms ingame. I will do reskins if paradox adds some more models based on those countries though.

I'm not sure if I would able to it justice since all of the models that I use are in vanilla HoI4. I would have to find a unit ingame with a helmet similar to Denmark's.

Could you do Denmark? All the other nations wearing German helmets are somewhat forgivable, but Denmark had their own unique helmet, which no other nation used and which was radically different from anything else in use at the time. Thanks!
