Yeah I doubt there's anything you can do on your end, RICO has been not working right since green cities, needed a 3rd party fix for residential plops and aspects of it still aren't working right.

Really nice building but only shows up with 11 jobs in RICO, nothing I do seems to give it more jobs, even making a local version and manually setting.

I tend to agree with Free here - I'm stoked to see a RICO office that isn't level three for once, and this one doesn't look terribly unattractive. Unfortunately, 5276 tris is a bit prohibitive. You should be able to at least half the number in this model, and I'll be more than happy to plop it all around my cities once you do.

Good first asset, need to reduce those tris in upcoming works though. The issue here is that it's not obvious where you spent them all, i.e. nothing 'pops' as particularly detailed.
