usually unsubscribing deletes it from your game, atleast it did for me.. check your data files to make sure its not still activated.

Installed this mod, then stopped playing for about a month. Came back, happened to look up one night. Almost had a heart attack. 10/10

I was walking like a happy little kid testing and looking at new mods that i installed and exploring the world of skyrim.
but i forgot i installed this mod and almost died of a heart attack...

Along with this mod, there should be a hidden door somewhere (or something of that sort) that will transport you to the inside of the moon from the game, with the tree and everything

@liamoblaster if that were possible the game would get a whole lot harder since you can only play for 3 in-game days
