Really minor typo in the description for the floor lights, "Stripe floor light integraded into the ground" - It should be integrated.

Rated up and faved. Amazing mod I got tired of the same generic lamp and color for every room, now my lab is bright blue and my colonists' rooms are purple for the "got some loving" mood lololol.

Still my favorite mod. WIsh there were orange lights though. Its a good safety color.

@Temeez Hmm. Didn't get it confused with the flooring, and godmode overwrite didn't fix it. It does work after a second save reload now, not sure why it was being stubborn.

You are probably mixing the lamp tiles to the floor lights, or they are messed up.
At least for me I have the [Reconnect] button on the floor lights. If yours are messed up, you might need to rebuild them and they should work properly (build new ones on top of them in god mode for speed).

I've found that when I place the lamps out of range of a conduit, they try to act as a conduit and won't bind to any circuit that comes near them unless reconstructed. In addition, a [Reconnect] button would be a great feature.

- Double small stripe (one either side of the block)
- Corner dot (for filling in those inverted corners)

Having a problem - Cannot place items on top of corner or strip floor tiles as you can with normal floor tiles. Furthermore, some objects (such as refinery, component assembly bench and research bench) are appearing above and below the tiles.

1. Because it is 100% for the standing lamp and I see no reason to change it.
2. Probably, start modding. :P
3. At some point, maybe.
4. No. If they are added to the game then might add them as building material for the lamps.

The "floor lamp" says nothing about being waterproof or not, I went into debug mode and tested it. It is waterproof, yay!

More questions:
1. Why are these lights more flamable(100%) than a bloody tree(80%)?
2. Would a "light wall" be possible? basically a wall that gives off light. also a conduit?
3. Would a more powerfull "floor lamp tile" be possible? (I dont like the other lamps due to the wiring, i prefer the conduits) say it costs 6/t and has a 3x3?
4. For balance any thoughts on adding a new material like glass, plastic or something?

2. Yes and no, tried that with lamps already and it was a mess, but the floor lamp tile works like a conduit though so maybe that works for you (could combine that with a floor lamp).

I have 2 questions:
1. Are the waterproof?
2. Would it be possible to make them transfer power?
Im thinking outdoor pathway lights, that work like wires. Transfer power with style!

Maybe both of these could be optional parts/upgrades?

I decided to revert the "wire removal" for lamps after all since it looks worse and forces conduits everywhere, sorry about the juggle. :nonplussed_creep:

Ok, can't say that it work the way I intended, but it is. So, in new version you should build lamps adjacent to power conduits, there is no aux.cables like vanilla standing lamp has. In other words, these lamps are conduits with light.
Also, check your yellow square lamp, it emits strong blue light. Everything else is ok.

I doubt that's anything I can fix. I have no problems rebuilding the lamps and I get no log messages so it could be that some other mod is not happy.

If simply deconstructing and rebuilding the lamp doesn't work then I'd suggest using the earlier version: {LINK REMOVED}
You could for example remove all the lamps while using v2.4 and then save and switch to newest version and then rebuild the lamps in god mode. Or just use the earlier version till next start.

Really wish RW had an option to not automagically update mods from workshop unless the user wants to. :angry_creep:

The light ceased to light up other than adjacent to or just above the power line. There was wire non-display of the correction item, is not it influenced?

I have some unknown problem after update. Load last save, it started to spam me with logs.
Every lamp that was not adjacent power cable had gone off, sometimes blinking. Tryingto deconstruct/construct new lamp = log error loop.

Added corner lights and stuff and hid crappy wires (some conduit might be visible at times) and floor tile one is now drag-able.

I REALLY like this mod. Using the skinny lights to light hallways and special rooms is just amazing. The only thing you need is a corner peice so that skinny lights can fully wrap around interrior rooms. You currently have a line " | " or " _ "and a plus " + " peice. Please add a skinny corner " |_ " peice. Thanks!!

I was looking for a good alternative lighting like this, but the power cords might drive me crazy. I saw another mod over on the Ludeon forums, [A13] LED Lights by Loki88, managed to get rid of the power cables by making the lights act as power conduits. Do you think this would still work?

can you remove the electric cords from the floor lights? It really ruins the effect. Or, could you have floor lights appear over power lines running under them? Currently the power lines run over the floor lights.
