Hopely a remake in Serious Sam VR :D
First thing is that it's taking a big impact on framerates. I was playing at about < 20 FPS with the max settings, so had to lower them about medium level.
Some enemy spawns don't seem to be in their right places or completely nonexistant, like the lack of yellow Scorpsoldiers and Albinos during the first corner "maze" if you call it.
Disappointed that there wasn't the Secret Hoverfighter Taken area where there could've been three 'Serious Bombs' (C4s) and a few T-Mechs right after.
Also disappoint, as much as despise these enemies, that there weren't any Fatso Fighters flyring around and crashing into things.
Although the final area with the mecha spiders and rhino cybertoys is survivable, it's absolutely brutal to try soloing this via Singleplayer. I've accounted to about 12 deaths all within the same spot; and it wasn't the spiders that kept killing me, no. It was the damned rhinos. There's got to be some sort of pushback balance, y'know? Like how Sam 2 gave the Serious Bombs and Serious Damage to help you survive this.
Speaking of the giant spiders. As well some Generals and especially the aforementioned "maze" corner during both parts (with and without barriers), many, many of them and other enemies kept getting stuck behind the barriers.
Now as to the final boss... OP AS FUCK . Like, seriously, there's no absolute way to survive it due to ALL of it attacks tracking and hitscanning your every move. Honestly, I just had to cheat my way by turning on God and Infinite Ammo. I noticed its attacks all come at random and do not come in waves like Sam 2's: two waves of the Kamikaze Fatsos, then lava rocks, three waves of Seagull Fighters dropping bombs, cannon balls, thre waves of normal Fatsos, homing rockets, and then the finale crushing of which the building can't, since it never moves out of its place. The Fatsos, cannonballs, and homing rocket waves are totally absent.
I really hope that these issues can be fixed in the future. While this import had its appease of potential, it just became too tedious due to how hard and buggy it is.
It's incredible! How much have you been working on this?
It's awesome! :D
