A: That's a weird problem I have no idea how to fix atm, you'll just have to deal with it for now.
I've experienced that, or at least similar problems. When you move the eyes, the eyelid flexes automatically move. When you move the eyes down, the eyelids lower to follow the pupil. This is occuring because the eyelid lines in the QC are referencing the wrong animation frame for one of the flexes. You can tell which one it is by moving the eyes down and seeing what part of the eyelids doesn't match... Unless they're all broken... I've had that happen.
