Update to 1.5.3 please. :)
Nuttex  [author] 1 May, 2018 @ 1:41pm
It would need to be a separate mode just for the Millennium Dawn. I've never played that mod, so I don't have the list of all the nations, whether already existing in the start bookmarks or createable.

Nuttex Can U make it so In Millutium Dawn people can change the name of the nation to What ever they want or Changing United states of america to American empire Communist states something like that thanks

The reason why I referred to them as provinces as because they were still officially the provinces of the Republic of China.
As for Bulgaria, point taken.

Part 2 :

- Shanxi Provinces -> Shanxi Clique or Shanxi-Suiyuan Army (same reason with the other cliques of China, which at the time still at the Age of Warlords)
- Kokonur Provinces -> Ma Clique (same, although Kokonur was also correct coz Kokonur was the English Name of Qinghai Provinces, the one Ma Clique has)
- Xinjiang Provinces -> Xinjiang (well, provinces being Superpower???, how could these names exist????!!!!, cheers bro :) )
- Kingdom of Bulgaria -> Tsardom of Bulgaria (well, with the Tsar of the leader, why Kingdom???!!!, but still, Kingdom of Bulgaria is also a Historical Name as well, depend on your taste :) )

Well, well, quite a word i have provided here, hope these changes don't change the checksum :) (and of course, implemented), anyway, gud job bro :)
Maurice Morisson 20 Feb, 2017 @ 3:07am
i may provide some correctness in Countries Names :

- Chinese Soviet Republic -> People's Republic of China (depend on your taste, coz Chinese Sov. Republic is also a historical name before the 2nd Sino-Japan War, then Shaan-Gan-Ning border Region in WW2 (1937-1945), and PRC (Post-War till now))
- Guangxi Provinces -> Guangxi Clique or New Guangxi Clique (coz if named Guangxi Province, then with Alt-History, what about Guangxi take Yunnan, are still called Guangxi Provinces???? )

This is only part 1 XD
Nuttex  [author] 10 Jan, 2017 @ 10:21am
Correct, but I can't change a country's name like that without it affecting the checksum, not even with customised tags. Also, Germany was officially called Greater German Reich after 1943 with some people colloquially referring to it as such after 1938 Anschluß.
-JaRnE- 5 Jan, 2017 @ 3:35pm
Germany was called greater german reich after 1941 before it was just deutsches reich

Canada indeed was and still is a Dominion. No matter where I looked for information, it appears that Canada never amended parts of legislation that gave it the name of the Dominion of Canada - the government simply dropped the "Dominion of" part in official documents. To the best of my knowledge, that'd arguably mean that Canada is still officially called the Dominion of Canada.
Asgrim 11 Dec, 2016 @ 3:44am
I don't believe Canada was a dominion during World War 2. Mod looks pretty good overall however, good job!

Thanks on that Venezuela clarification - I've had trouble finding anything concrete on it. I'll change the names to your suggestions.

My opinion on Venezuela:
Fascist Venezuela (under Marcos Perez Jimenez) was called Republica de Venezuela (Republic of). Autocratic was still called Estados Unidos de Venezuela (United States of) so that for neutral. Bolivarian Republic is correct, just anachronistic but who cares? Republic of Venezuela or United States of Venezuela both work for democratic, but Federal Republic doesn't seems too right as it was never called that way.

just a small suggestion.
Nuttex  [author] 22 Nov, 2016 @ 2:47am
That's what quite a few countries are current called, but I'm restricting that for republics that eventually either ended up consolidated within the USSR or were closely associated with it. Technically the PRC was known as the Chinese Soviet Republic at the time, but I'm not sure it'd be a smart idea to change that for now.
Saufleutnant 19 Nov, 2016 @ 11:28am
what about SSR (Soviet Socialist Repuplic) Example: Ukrainian SSR
or: Swedish Soviet Socialist Republic
Nuttex  [author] 19 Oct, 2016 @ 3:33pm
Yes and no. Where possible, I went with the actual official titles used at the time or else stuck with "people's republics" or "socialist republics".
Bedivere 19 Oct, 2016 @ 3:31pm
well the communists are 'socialist republics' most of the time. but fair enough
Nuttex  [author] 18 Oct, 2016 @ 9:33pm
It's all rather arbitrary. Many communist nations are called republics despite not being such and, in case of North Korea, going as far as referring to themselves as democratic right in the names. The UK is a democracy despite being a kingdom due to its constitutional monarchy.
Bedivere 18 Oct, 2016 @ 2:55pm
I was simply more concerned with countries where a kingdom is the democratic state, and the republic is the unaligned state
Nuttex  [author] 16 Oct, 2016 @ 7:31pm
Because I cannot affect the political affiliation of a country on start date without changing the checksum of the game and thus making not compatible with either Ironman, achievements or multiplayer. Netherlands had been a kingdom throughout the entire Second World War, as it is now obviously, but nobody in their right mind would say that it's not a democracy. This example applies to a lot of kingdoms that have been democratic societies.

By the same token, a tonne of nations ends up getting written off as unaligned when they are republics. Poland starts unaligned, but since 1920s it was a republic. Yugoslavia was a kingdom that is unaligned in the game by default. What does it mean? Unaligned represents everything that isn't on the extreme ends of the political triangle of democracies, communism and fascism.
Bedivere 16 Oct, 2016 @ 5:44pm
Why are there neutral states that are called republics, and democratic states that are called kingdoms?
Nuttex  [author] 14 Oct, 2016 @ 5:04pm
Try to launch the game a few more times. I've tried it with a few different people, and all of them see it in their launcher.
TeaLord 14 Oct, 2016 @ 2:53pm
The mod. It doesn't appear in the mod manager.
Nuttex  [author] 13 Oct, 2016 @ 8:27am
