@musicdude you could use the theme manager mod, create a theme with all the leisure buildings, and cut the spawn rate from 10 (base) to 1. Or replace all the ones you don't need with ploppable rico.

the spawn rate on this is ridiculous. zoned out 4 streets and every other building is this lol. How do you fix? only need one in my little seedy neighborhood lol
