I love the idea behind this, you can make some nasty traps with it :)
The revolving walls seem to be a bit buggy though in that they trap your character permanently if you happen to be standing in its path while it's moving. Your character enters a "flying" animation but can't actually move unless someone picks up the wall.
Any chance you could add a couple configuration options? Like the closing speed of the compacting wall or the damage of spikes etc.

Is there a way to set the traps to work on both wild dinos and other players?
If not could you make an option for that, perferably through the tribes butchers workshop,like a set all option for your tribe.

Hey,

is there anything special todo?

I just installed the addon and wanted to spawn the table... he shows everything green, but disappers after left click without adding it.

Same goes vor the ceilings and so on :(

Yea, I was thinking how mobs always slam into the walls to try and bite through them to get at you. Thus Spiked walls on the sides that you don't enter, so dinos damage them selves while doing this.

Or can you hand spiked barriors on walls? I don't think I ever tried.

Ah a bit like Conan style. Not a bad idea. Yeah, you do have spikes in this one however they are just the normal spikes, resized to a smaller version of them. I believe the collision is also removed so you can place them in better places.

Sounds nice, but I was looking for a smaller package, such as Spiked walls, a combo of the Spiked wall, but implemented on the outside of structure walls.

Yes, most of them do. It's to keep the structure pieces from being abused and promotes more creative Deathtrap designs ;)

There are however some that aren't activated by team, ie Limbo Slice. Will be releasing an update soon that seeks to clarify some of the confusion.

How'd you go @Clever Girl? Sometimes mods not placing structures can mean that a mod (not always the one that you're trying to place) is out of date on your server - try updating the recently updated ones and see how that goes

I've been unable to place any items down from this mod since logging in tonight. Has anyone else experienced this bug, and is there any workaround currently available? I've been building a PvE challenge course for my server's players and it's too easy without traps! :)

Btw, the regular Metal Ceiling has vanished from our engrams without removing it by override-code. Could it be the SPiked Ceiling stealing that position in the engram-list?

Haha @Roughrider. Epic utilisation of the feature lols. Shouldn't be too far off hey, I'm pretty sure I have sources the issue and am rebuilding the BPs as we speak.

I also noticed the Spiked Ceiling is not removed from engrams with the line provided. I tried removing the one _ but it still shows somehow

Okay, the update has been pushed and has rectified the issue. For now I have simply disabled them - remember to delete any Launpads you have to avoid the crashing, and I will re-release those items as soon as I figure out what is wrong. Cheers

I will disable the launchpads until I figure out what is causing this. Other mods shouldn't conflict as its a clean mod. There must be something up with UE4's Launch Node. Look out for an update in the coming hour, and delete any Launchpads you have around the base. I also have replicated the crashing issue and at this time I can't see a problem outside of the use of that specific node. Thanks for the feedback

Unfortunately getting server crashes on my cluster server as well resulting in 15 minut rollbacks each time. Will try again att a later date since I realy enjoy the modd but seems since the launch plattform it seems to have a crash problem for me.
Can post what modds I'm running if it helps with fault finding.

What I would suggest is a clean install, if your options have been depleted elsewhere. But everything is stable on my end, so I can almost guarantee that's an issue on your side.

Both of our servers are running this mod, and neither have crashed yet. Perhaps some files got corrupted when you were downloading for some reason, or it's simply another mod. Cheers, DavyD. Good luck!

I don't actually have RTG Defenses on one of our servers - and I cannot see that problem re the 2 x Engrams @ 5000000. You may have subscribed to it? They are admin only defenses, hence the shadowed Engrams

Would you be able to describe what the other Engram is at all? As you mention 2, what does the shadow of the other one look like? A crop plot? If so, then perhaps its the RTG Defenses
