Primary skills are speech, sneak and illusion. I am guessing she has all of the backstab perks too. Her textures are remarkably spot on for in a few years too. You will find her in the Solitude dungeons.

Dude! There are settings in the character object to make the hair shorter and make her older. Maybe make some changes and upload new images? Just a suggestion.
