I was excited when I got this skin, but disappointed to find out that it changes based on the motor type and blade type :(

it is the way of the loading symbol of payday 2, not the blade one

The arrows actually point the wrong way. They do in-game too when the little spinning saw blade pops up to indicate that something can be cut open. In real life, the teeth should be cutting against the material rather than cutting with it.
