When AI plays as this civ, workers (Minecrfat players) cant make improvements. why?

I like this mod, but the only issue is that I have another mod that allows you to advance workers, like boosting their production speed as well as the amount of squares/hexes that they can move, and the minecraft workers don't get this which is the one reason why I don't use this mod anymore

I'm not sure if it's specifically related to this mod or not, but I'm receiving random 10k research points every time I add a policy! You just receive 5 1-day researches every 100 turns (marathon)!
All other Civs work fine (they're 20 researches behind tho, even OP ones)

The minecraft player can't melee, it gets really annoying with barbarian archers. I unerstand why you don't want us to capture enemy workers, but at least add a ranged attack.

Another thing you could do, is to add a unique resource into the game. It would make a lot more sinse to have the diamond swordsman require diamonds rather than iron.

Workers are a bit too expensive to build, hindering the capabilities of the civ. I reckon they should be 60 or 70 production instead of 100, as oppose to the original 70 production required to create a worker. However the powerful production from the mines and so on kind of makes up for the expensive production cost.
Especially since you cannot capture other player's workers.

Creative mode would be extremely OP if it was +5 production. +3 production works very well.

Diamond Swordsman is actually pretty well balanced as well in my opinion. However it's versatility is very limited.

I reckon a unique knight unit would be a good way to update the mod. If you want to do that.
Well two unique knight units.

One called Diamond Horse Swordsman
One called Diamond Horse Archer

When building one of the two Diamond Horsemen you wouldn't have the choice of which of the two units is chosen. You would build the unit, and then when it's built one of the two is chosen.
And when your unit goes into combat for the first time it gets 2 random promotions, that varies depending on how "skilled" the player is and how fast the horse is.

120 Prodcution
Can move after attacking

Ranger:
17 Melee
14 Ranged
4 movement

Melee:
22 Melee
4 movement

Possible Horse Promotions:
Quick: +2 Movement
Fast: +1 Movement
Average: +0 Movement
Slow: -1 Movement
Tough: +2 Melee Strength

Possible Ranger Promotions:
Classic Minecraft Bow: +1 Additional Attack
Render Distance Far: +1 Range
Render Distance Short: -1 Range

Possible Melee Promotions:
Hacker: Can Attack 4 times in one turn, +4 Melee Strength, Heal even if performs action.
Builder: Can build forts and roads.
Noob: -6 Melee Strength, -1 Movement.

In the end it's your mod. This is just an idea I'm throwing out there, that you can implement if you want to. :P

This was created because there used to be another MC Civ, though it was really bad, had almost no english translations, and was later removed. He created this one to make a better version.

I tried playing Minecraft yesterday, and it was a lot less OP, which is great. The +3 production to mines, quarries, lumber mills, and manufactories seems to be balanced well. I enjoyed this mod a lot. It's great for a domination victory.

Change the production boost to +1, and remove the starting tech (or at least Masonry), and I'd be interested. Otherwise, it's too OP. I haven't even played it, and that "+5 production" is so obviously OP.

look at korea, only +2 sci on all specialist and on a few improvements wher eu need gp for. not jsut with workers.

would be nice if instead of workers being soldier like soldier just get the ability to build stuff like workers. but kept their combat skills and movement points(like real life roman legionarii)
