The height isn't correct, she's not that short, in the show she's about the same height as Jaune.

I have a small issue with this model. When I wield the Crescent Rose (fireaxe) as Pyrrha, I get a small gray square near her left shoulder. Any ideas or is it a conflict I just have to live with? I can post a screenshot as needed.

Oh this is perfect, maybe a little too perfect seeing how both of these characters end up. Great job adding her and personally I think the icons look great. Face posing would be nice, but nothing important.
