If it wasn't for the cutesty eyes I would have voted yes. Seems like such an unnesesary thing to add. You would still be able to make something cute looking with this without the eyelids, but since you forced it that's all it can be.
Doing stuff like that just limits the possible tones of your loadouts. Pyro doesn't HAVE to be only cute all the time, I hate that this is what his character has become.
