So I was never able to open this city save again because of the Network Extensions vs NExt2 for DLC owners. Sadly, the city is broken :( Wish I could have shared with you, Krylen

Cool! We wil have to wait for Network Extensions to be compatible with the DLC update. Although I won't add disasters to this obviously, I believe I cannot use this until the compatibility is resolved, since I do own the DLC.
