I really like this, though some weapons induce some kind of model clipping in first person. Makes it really distracting to reload.

Ya lol I’m not sure why that happened, it worked in 3ds Max, but I couldn’t get it to work in game, I just left it in even if it’s broken since it’s better than no blinking imo.

Blinking is messed up, eyes clip through it.

Mabye you can resize her?

It is Sonic 06, a give away detail is that the characters legs are not incredibly short, and the mouths are in the center of their faces.

Yeah. I must say though, the model looks far too high quality to be from 06. Looks more like the Generations model to me.

Yeah, I have no idea how L4D2 decides whether a file conflicts with another or not, whether it's something in the addon.txt or it just cross references whether too of the same file will exist with both mods active but I never take any note of what it says, mainly because it wasn't even a feature when I first played L4D2 and I never had any problems then so I don't see why I would take note of it now.

TL;DR, L4D2 says everything conflicts, don't take any note of it.

For some reason, whether its your mod or his, another mod I was using says it has conflicts with this though that makes no sense to me as it's a sound mod.

Well, aren't all Sonic characters are short in height? Also I just recommend to use in SP mode or you might hit them a lot, even their short.
