@AMS AGENT 000 The Louis mod is USMC Louis, which is on the workshop. Only change I did was use a skin of Shaun from Shaun Of The Dead on him, and edit the Vgui elements to match the HUD I use.

Uploading an update at the moment. Flipped the badge so it's the right way and added a velcro patch instead of just blackness to the arm.

It has the same handmodels as Cele's version if that's what you mean.

@🎃MiniXCat🎃 They all still have German police markings though. I edited the textures so the Police on her back is in English and she has a U.S style police badge on her arm.
