@Dead_kennedy I didn't join them because reasons of Arma, I couldn't make all of them disembark properly, the player would be thrown out and then it would be up to the player to ask the rest of his squad to disembark, which (you probably guessed) I didn't like.
That's a long explanation but, yeah. :D
Solution:
NAMEOFTHELEADER leaveVehicle TRANSPORT;
Unassigns the Vehicle for the whole group and tells every member of the Leaders group to disembark.

Set the machinegunner and the AT-man on the hill south of the village. Then get to the village with a remaining one soldier and eliminated 2-3 hostile men. Then two or three underbarrel grenades to the windows - and the cache is clear. Set up C4s and get away.
BTW Why don't you join allied units to the player at the mission start? Why do you join them just after the disembarking?
