i actualy enjoy making laser drones to commit genocide on the spike plants. just have a fleet of healers/laser drones and the whole map is taken over quite easy.

I think it might be better to make their spikes much less numerous and quick to fire. My main issue is lag and explosive or rapid fire weapons work great on them.

With this mod, spiky plants die in 1 second and turn into R.
