It's great but I kinda wish the red dot is little more accurate. It actually hits 3" above where you aim and the laser is 2" to the left of where you aim. Ok, before you do that, select whole model in edit mode and click on remove doubles.

If you're using blender, go to edit mode, select whole mesh, then open up UV editor, hit UVs->Seams from island, on the right check Mark Sharp, then add an Edge Split modifier and uncheck Edge Angle, but leave Sharp Edges checked.

If you're working in max, google is your friend.

Yes your stuff needs to get its smoothing fixed, bad smoothing makes ecen the latest HD models/textures look like 20 year old ones.
