@SaintDamien Sorry for the late response.
Agian, my park has the act of being a normal park, which attracts people the way the game was planned to do, while PPG (i use it myself) has the limit of being close to a nearby road (4 units, like a park does). I've only made a 4x4 version so far, it's no problem making it bigger, for bigger parks.

I've not made the park in the case of just adding hang-around markers, no, its made for being empty, for people to add into their cities, to decorate it themselves. See the hang-around markers as a bonus, not the focusing point about this park.

but didn't want someone to waste their time on making assets if they exist.
And could potential make great new assets.

Might i ask what kind of limitations yours doesn't have that ppg does ?
So i could still consider subscribing ?

And without the mentioned mods, the game is hardly worth playing ^^.

@SaintDamien PPG has its limitations, while my park is part-of-the-game, and functions like a normal park. You just need some mods like More Beautification, Prop Anarchy etc. You have the option to ignore this park if you don't like it.

Why would you make these when there already is a great mod/asset for this ?
