Since the modder is too lazy to explain how to use the cheats, just do this:
First, start a new game
Then click the workshop option
Click mods
Right click on the second tab to apply said cheat (the title of this mod)
Load the default map
Then start

i figured it out. in order to activate the cheats, you press TAB, go over until you find any of the cheats menus, then press E.

Without the source code It is rather hard to implement a cheat menu like this.
You shouldn't be surprised when you get to a load zone and the cheat is gone

When using Reincarnation, Zombie Panic or Skeleton Hell, the respawning NPC becomes essentially unkillable because it just keeps respawning over and over each time you kill it. Is this a bug or how the cheat was intended?

Also, cheats seem to deactivate when crossing load zones.
