well im still active with modding but ive been focusing on the RoM mod right now, it would depend on what you would like the world to be.

hey Regnilse, how are the mods these days? Any chance i could put in another request for a custom world, but this time a whole world not just a single tile worth? ;)

When can these be updated? Some of them look very fun.

I can certainly try. I want to try stick to planets because that way you can get updates. That means i will probably only use USGS data on one or two sides an leave the rest as random gen. Another thing to know is that most public USGS data has 10m resolution so thing like cliffs can suffer. My last concern is that there aren't any working texture packs after the updata so im limited to the defaulf ones, no water, no snow etc. As for your block problem try asking Stori3d about it, hes made a number of block mods so he might be able to help you. Hes pretty active here so he shouldn't be hard to find.
By far my favorite story of 1812 is the seige of detroit where 1300 canadians and natives captured the fort of 2500 americans by scaring them to surrender.

Hello. I just noticed that prior to planets you were building accurate maps, presumably by somehow using leveraged USGS height-map data. This still possible given the planets update? And, if not, how would I go about reverting to a compatible version of ME? Also, would you be interesting in producing an accurate map for me? The reason I desire to have an accurate map is so that I may attempt to build a scale re-creation of a lovely, and amazingly well preserved granite fort, which is but a 20 minute drive from where I have live. It was a place that I have always really enjoyed visiting, and now that I am older, and a gamer, I really wish to build it, digitally. The fort was built as a response to the British sailing up the Penobscott river during the war of 1812 and looting one of my states most important commercial/industrial cities. Also, the Aroostook War, a short, non-violent confrontation between Britain, Maine and the US about the boundaries of my state/the US/Canada.

(Par #2) This was 1839, the last of our conflicts with the Brits. Anyway, I've been wanting to rebuild this fort in some sandbox game forever. I have considered doing so in Minecraft, where I have a bit more freedom, and Ive also considered doing it in ME, as well. Let me know if youre still able to make accurate maps that are playable using a legacy version. I have included a link to the Wiki page about the fort I wish to rebuild. Thank you for your time, and all the great work you have done before. As a last note, do you know if it is possible to get colored bricks, as in the traditional red-brick? If you look at pictures of the fort you'll understand why I am asking. Currently, other than accurate ground to work off, this is another limiting issue I can forsee. Thank you for your time. Sorry about the book.
