Does not work for me, i checked my mods and even with no mods, this did not work. Restarted Skyrim about 5 or 6 times and verified files. Very sad :(

First time I've heard of a problem like that. Sounds like a mod conflict.
Try:
a) Verifying files (using Steam)
b) Changing mod orders
c) Use a different quickstart mod e.g. Arthmoor's

Hey, whenever I start the game with this mod I am unable to gain any xp. Last time I had it installed I played for like 2 hours and was still lvl 1 with 0 xp gained. I installed it again now (also had to install the game again) and I have the same bug. Is there a way I can fix it?

since im stuck outside the cart in softlock purgatory everytime i make a new game this is going to be really helpful

Normally that should be enough, but if it doesn't work, delete the QuickStart*.bsa and *.esp files.

how do i do that? I unsubscrided and deleted from my mod lists or do I need to go into the actual folders and find it.

you need to uninstall the mod, then you can go through the normal opening.

This mod made it so when i want to i can't go through the opening and start normally. also helgan doesn't get destoried and everyone that you would've killed in the opening will still be alive but not do anything. is there by any chance a fix for it?

The cart ride is a waste of time plus the dungeon it's time you could use to slay a dragon or start a war like how whiterun basically back stabbed me and sent 15 guards to kill me I plan to return the favor by killing all the guards and royalty in whiterun

OH Bother - !! I meant to add that it already had been deleted - it's literally 'haunting' me Like I said it is a great mod, just kinda spooky how it won't go away.

Hmmm I seem to have an interesting turn. I have unsubscribed, checked and restarted several games. Yet still have this amazing start. - Please understand it is not that I do not like this, just that I like the full sequence too.

If you have other mods installed its like to be one of them, e.g. anything that changes the foliage, textures, or otherwise increases memory usage.

Using this mod got General Tullius stuck in Helgen for me.

dude thank you so much for making this mod i had a glitch in the beginning of the game where when you had to jump from the guard tower to the hole in the Inn's roof to where the Inn never got the hole so i couldnt continue in the story and restarted 7 times to try to get it to stop. This mod gets a 10/10 in my book because of that and because on your 10th character you need a mod like this so you dont have to listen to the same intro crap lol

Sounds like the mod isn't properly installed/activated, or is conflicting with a different mod

every time i start a new game i start in the wagon and have to do the hole thin, cani i please get help

Great mod that's perfect for me because i keep restarting for a file to finally do legendary difficulty and can't decide on my build, keep up the great work.

Ok, that's what i thought.

If you disable the mod before starting a new game (try deleting the file to make sure), there should be no residual effects. So the problem might be with a different mod.

Whenever I disabled it and started a new game, everyone was out of the carts and nothing was moving, but their conversation still went on. Alduin attacked but we weren't even in Helgen. After that my game crashed. I tried doing it again but the same thing happened. I do have immersive armors and Ulfric's wearing the stormlord armor, could that be the problem? Besides for that, I've had no other problems with this mods. It is really useful besides for that.
