@Kas After a long fight with this, I figured it out and the fix will be included with next update.

@Kas been trying for hours to figure it out. but i haven't. Infinite loop errors like this are really frustrating because you can't always get output data and I don't know where the loop is happening.

@Kas I can confirm that it is a problem with my mod, and I'm looking into fixing it now.

@Kas Well you helped me solve a different mystery already. Which is all of the uint24 out of bounds and long save time issues. I'll look into the game freezing thing soon. thank you for figuring out more about it that will be helpful.

I seem to have narrowed it down to when it happens; if I have to much water in my system and its "full" the game freezes

@Kas could you repeat what happened and send me your output_log file via downloadable link? You can find your output_log file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data. Also could you make a collection of your mods, you do not need to include assets, so that I could review them. There may be a mod that I do not use that causes the issue which is why I can't test for it.

I have a whole bunch, but I dont know which one, if any, that interacts..

@Kas oh i'm sorry. . . could you please tell me what other mods you were using. because I have had reports of these causing issues, but I haven't actually experienced it myself.

I placed this, and the game froze, everything I\ve done lost.. Everything else from the rainfall works except this... How I regret not having auto save..
