And of course those turrets must be very expensive, only for biggest ships.

Yes, i meet those ships when played as Shinome. Common tactic against everything is to cut through to the core, but it will be harder to destroy ship if every heavy turret will be on ist own and keep punchin everyone around.

The Saline and Shinome have large Station Cores with built-in turrets.

I decided to restrict the use of multi-core ships to a few select factions.
However, I've given several factions a "boss" ship of over 8000P.
The Corporation has the L-62 Mothership, and Shinome have the Super Dreadnought.
I'll probably make one for my new SPHERE faction as well.

Great collection! Many interestig features in these mods. Just seen huge square multicore ship and im wondering, it is possible to make huge turrets to work as core too? It will be cool if many races will have a some huge multicore ships, with over 8000P (i like to play with this limit).

@A.D.A.M. Wormholes are weird in that regard; sometimes they work for modded factions, but the majority of the time they don't.

There's no way to include Command Cores into the upgrade palette.
If you want to use a different core, go to the fleet screen, put a ship with a different core in the top-left slot, and die - you'll respawn with the different Core.
Just note, that you initially spawn in with the best Core availible to the Anomaly faction.
The other Core is much weaker.

Also, I've noticed you use different control modules that do different things. But the player has access to only one of them, the base one. Any way you could give us access to all the different control modules as upgrades?

It's normal for wormholes not to work as the mod factions, right? If so, that kinda sucks, just cheats you out of 1000p

@A.D.A.M. The Corporation and Saline should spawn somewhat near Anomaly territory.
Not quite in the center of the map, but also not near the edge.

If they don't spawn for you, try moving them higher in the mod load order.

Certainly makes the game harder... And longer... I'm playing as the Anomalies right now, does the corporation / the saline spawn as AI? If so, are they in the middle of the map or at the edge?
