Maybe you could make an alternate version where it uses the default eye colors, but sometimes they are bloodshot and stuff.

@GORYGIRL - THEY ARE DIFFERENT FRAMES IN THE SAME VTF. YOU CAN USE VTFEDIT TO LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT FRAMES.
