Ah, yes Kansas City was heavily influenced by Chicago commercial style architecture in the early 20th century, you'll find a lot of similarities in the buildings. Cheers!

Hello goat! Using a mod like Fine Road Anarchy, will allow you to lay roads over assets. The mod won't break your save games, and can be safely disabled at any time. It adds a new layer of customizability to the roads in your cities. Once installed, Ctrl+A will enable road overlapping. Have fun!

The angle is roughly 30° seen here: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.0870806,-94.5856819,295m/data=!3m1!1e3 . It will match up perfectly with the corner on the Stuart Hall Lofts asset, in addition to some yet unreleased buildings I have in the works.

In the screenshots, map theme is Monte Belo and LUT is Clarity .
