Well, that is one option because some people have a hard time to get up the ice the way I do it so I had to give an alternative with climbing the sides.
But to get up the angled ice platforms very quickly you hold both triggers while on the ice and then make a repeating circular motion (best in front of your face) with both hands simultanously. I always make a motion similar as if I turn a double hand crank or like driving a tricycle with your hands at speed. When you're at the end of the icy part, there are some white blocks, that your hands stick to automatically when you touch them while holding the triggers and can then continue from there. Also, while "cycling" up the icy platforms you have to steer with your face.
Hope that helps someone.
Thanks for the feedback.
I will try to make the moving platforms more in sync so you dont have to wait as long.
The one thing I wasn't a fan of was the out-of-sync moving platforms. If you time things wrong you get stuck waiting for things to line up just right again, which can take a while, and is just not compelling gameplay.
