It doesn't work as a building plan since there's no walls and such. It's merely a blueprint (this is the game's limitations, unfortunately). You have to highlight all and select, then press X to move and adjust it. Hope that helps!

Why does it stick in the ground? I can't move it together, just the pieces of them.
