Hi,

ist es geplant diesen großartigen Mod nach TpF2 zu portieren? Für Schönbau extrem hilfreich. Mit dem Modkonverter bin ich leider gescheitert.

ripplefx darthmade You want to auto-remove the markers? I may think about this.

ripplefx
me 2 :)

Das Problem nicht löschbarer Maßstäbe besteht immer noch. Mod einfach so zu löschen ist keine gute Idee, nun kriege ich die Dinger einfach nicht mehr weg :(

Hey BR, like the tools you provide, is there perhaps a clear method you can imagine to calculate the track length between to stations, only thing im missing.
Marpako1991 6 Jul, 2018 @ 5:54am
Ich kann die Maßstäbe auf einmal nicht mehr löschen :(

Should be fixed now :D Unfortunately, rulers placed before the update can not be removed. I hope, all of you have a working backup :steamsad:

Any chance for an imperial unit variant?

Sorry if I am a bit dim. But what can we use this for?

Another idea: I like exactness the easiest way is using snapping like the snapping of stations to track end. I need an helper object for building with distinct snapping points one for streets and one for track, but it would be good if both works with the same. On that object should be snapping points to make exact angles, e.g. 180°, 120° (3-way), 90° (4-way), 60°, 45°, 30° snappoints. Don't matter how long or how much space is needed I only want the precise angles to snap to, especially for streets.

Another helper like that with distances would be good to force a certain distance between roads/track, e.g. 1m, 2m, 5m, 10m, 25m, 30m, 50m, 100m or something like that again as above with snapping for both in the same points.

Nice idea some helper mods and thank you for this contribution.

Some suggestions and comments:
- Can you add 1 or 2 steps between 100 m and 1 km, i found this step rather large, especially since all the station sizes are between that. Maybe the 100 m model in size with 5 times until 500 from 0 to 5 accordingly.
- Can you make a radial/angle helper as well. Sometimes it would be helpfull to have at least a roughly estimate on an angle.
- Is it possible to make objects movable after placement without full rebuild?

May I shall say "thank you" @Tim1975 :steamhappy:
BR146  [author] 7 Jun, 2017 @ 4:53pm
Well, is fixed now. Hopefully.

And yes, I am detecting my own mod id. And it can be fixed your way.
Tim1975 7 Jun, 2017 @ 4:44pm
I played around with and ended up making a couple changes so I could get into my save game.

"
local function findModId(path)
--local modId = nil
local modId = 800474635
"

Anyway. Glad you figured it out.

Oh... :steamsad: I forgot 3 lines of code. In a few minutes, I will make an update. Stay tuned.

Well done!

Thanks for the mod. This looks like it could come in handy when duplicating complex rail layouts.
