Is the mod broken? It's the only mod i have installed and it freezes then crashes when launched. Works fine without it, but the moment i enable this mod it freezes then crashes.

does it give everyone more xp or just the player?

This is excellent. You can make a decent Squad in a couple hours
instead of grinding for days or using exploits.
Wouldn't recommend on first playthrough though. Overall it makes the game more fun to me.

Finally, now I can play the game instead of mining copper for 10 hours

In my opinion not cheat but necessity when you are doing your 5th playthrough or like.

very good mod specially when you want try some of the late game content or just roleplay as a badass swordman. otherwise i feel it make too easy.

I cant speak to the actual coding of the spawning and de-spawning of npcs in that way, although that is a really good question. Im assuming they only get the xp when they are in a loaded cell (only when a pc is close enough.) But seeing as I dont have access to the code I cant possibly know for sure. To my knowledge once an npc spawns, the game will remember at least the attributes, and stats of characters. It will store the levels and progress of everyone, loaded or unloaded, while Im unsure if they still progress while unloaded. Importing resets the world state of Kenshi. All importing does is reset everything, so in a way, yes, it would negate the mod for npcs.

So I know npcs also get this xp bonus but do they oly get it when they are loaded in as in if I'm in Heng or something will the npcs around the map also continue to gain 5x xp? If they don't doesn't that mean npcs getting 5x xp doesn't matter if you keep moving? Also when you go back to an area do any none important npcs like guards re-spawn without the effects from the 5x xp gain. Also if you just import your game every so often would you negate the effects of npc 5x xp gains?

I already have 2 pretty deadly fighters. They're only around the 40s for atk/def and I dont feel like I cheated the game, like when I used training dummies mod.

Sure. First you open up FCS. Then create a new mod, name it something like 5x xp. Then, you click on global game settings at the very top of the window. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and there will be all of the global xp constants. The very top one is the one to change for xp across the board.
