I'm fairly certain I have said this before; I will not add faceposing to these models, they were built for a specific purpose and use, that being roleplay, where faceposing was not needed. Faceposing also take a lot of time to set up, and quite frankly I have more fun and interesting things to do/make.
My best guess is that something is wrong on your end. Check if you are subbed to any server content packs that may conflict with these, and make sure the addons downloaded completely.
Not even Microsoft could get it right when they used the Reach Army trooper models.
A small handful of people have had similar issues in the past, I suspect it may be some other addon causing conflicts or that you lack legitimate versions of HL2/CSS which could also possibly cause the problem.
You are going to have to be a bit more specific than that.
These are NPC/Character models meant for RP game modes, you can find the playermodel variant in one of the links in the description or by looking in the Halo Reach collection, which is also linked above.
The idle isn't different, make sure the models are using citizen animations when you use them in nut script.
Didn't mean to start an argument here. My b dude.
@PFC. LaRock
The worst part is, you're not wrong, but stereotyping us all does nobody and favors.
That said no matter weither you release these models with valve biped rigging in the future, or give faceposing flexes, or even just leave these models the way they are. They are great on their own and it's the hard work you put into these models that counts at the end of the day. Thanks for making these man.
I made these model for my own private RP server that I ran with a smaller group of friends, originally I never planned on even releasing them to the public. They are made for RP and mainly serious RP as that was the framework I prefered using. If you two want to duke it out please take it somewhere else. I will be releasing playermodel versions compatible with DarkRP/Sandbox/etc of these eventually but i have other things that take priority at the moment.
So before you say that the RP community deserves attention, maybe you should take a look at reasons why people avoid Garry's Mod serious roleplay and prefer less serious servers like DarkRP. Because if there's one thing I can give DarkRP credit for, is the fact that the player's choices matter in the end of the day. Not the Admin's.
Read the god damn description.
God knows if he doesn't, a million other people will. In the meantime, just get Model Manipulator and toss these on Combine or Human NPCs and it'll work just as well.
As for this addon it look stellar. I'll definetly check them out when I reinstall Gmod.
There are "Marines" in Halo: Reach, near the end levels...
They use different skins and helmets, but they look the same to the troopers.
