i have noticed the word "dump" or 'dumped' alot. does this mean this, along those others, have been abandoned? or rejected by valve for TF2?

i would pay money to ge this. i SO, SOOO hope we get this, if not in tf2, then at the very least released to the SFM and gmod workshops. this looks incredible. but to tf2 as well. hey, heavies got a robo hand, why cant scout?
