I love your assets. I see you have a Chanel store, do you plan to make any more high end stores. If so, I would suggest: Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Gucci, Prada, Tiffany, Salvatore Ferragamo, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys of New York, Bloomingdale's Louis Vuitton, Cartier. It would be nice to have a high end district in our cities for the ones who are interested.

@custom06silverado yea, that was intentional. 31 is my favorite number, plus I never shop at Forever 21, I don't even know if I've ever been in one, so didn't really care about accurate branding
