that's because the workshop load order randomly so it does not work as expected ... on troy night sight addon description: "there's a workaround to make troy night sight addon work, find and copy the night sight addon in steamapps/workshop and paste into insurgency/custom/"

Weird iorn sight glitch were there are two sets of iron sights, one set flipped up, one set flipped down.
