Super Saiyan Jesus: If the fuel tank or any other container on a vehicle is inaccessibly, simply press p while standing on it to look through a list of all functional blocks, and access the inventory by doubleclicking. If you do not see it at first, It may be in a subgroup, so expand all of those tabs by clicking on the arrows in the right of the tab. Hope it helps!

Super Saiyan Jesus - I am not sure what the problem is? I am traveling in Europe right now so I cannot help as much, but if you head over the official Empyrion forums my bet is they could lend some assistence.
