If that's not the case then I can't do much without seeing a video of what you're doing exactly.
With bots I don't exactly mean the NPCs but the bots you can add via the console. If you are in local multiplayer you can type "bot" in the console to get a player-like bot that runs around like a maniac. They are very useful for testing things that affect players. If you are on an online server you can enter your rcon password with rcon_password "password" in the console and then type "rcon bot" or use the ulx rcon command.
and my model hasnt changed. I tested it in sanbox as well.
Did you try to different models? Did you try it on other player or bots? And if you're on a server, did other players try it?

Da steht das er den model path will. Ist das jetzt der Path im Dateibrowser vom Server oder auf meinem PC? Außerdem hab ich auf meinem PC/Server kein Model ordner, nur die Workshop datei, die mit .gma endet
