Found a small bug in this. For some reason, this mod seems to isable to upgrade your reassembles ship shelters to the higher forms. I've tried toggling this mod off, but keeping my other ones on, and I get the option back. Otherwise, everything else seems to be working fine.

it isn't compatible with anything that edits the same core files. it won't stop anyone that already has it from having it. it jsut edits the core file to make it not show up.

i assume that this requires a new save game? also, i cant see this doing anything but making the game easyer for someone like me that likes to purge. seems like if you purge everyone hates your guts FOREVER and you can NEVER join a federation, even IF you have the tech. then later a federation forms against you that is as a combined force of more than half of the galaxy and you CAN NOT beat them in a fight EVER, so you loose the game.

Hey, Gewn, an idea to make a federation? Perhaps they automatically form when an empire has 5 or more defensive pacts? Just an idea, since you said you wanted to make them appear diplomatically.
