Ok no worries, let me know how it goes.
Also, it they 3 together don't work, try just IR and the IR - TIV patch. I don't remember off hand if I checked to see that that IR Simplified and the TIV patch are compatible.

Never mind, I'm stupid and was not subscribed to TIV patch. I only had IR and IR simplified. I will try again. Thx.

Tell me about what mods you have active.
I am assuing you have IR base mod, IR - TIV patch and IR simplified.

TIV shoudn't impact institution spawning. All TIV institution changes are essentially undone with the IR - TIV patch.
All of the mod instittuions have a start chance of 5, so there will be some variability in when they spawn.

Aside from later spawn times, what other problems are you seeing?

The Idea Variiation still does not work with Institutions Reworked. The Institutions never pop up after they are supposed to. Ex: Mass Communications not coming up for 15 years after 1450. I don't know whats wrong.
