To remove hat (fix hair glitch):
- Save game (backup)
- Go to Ruby
- With Ruby in screen open console
- Click on Ruby
- Here id should be visible in the screen (here 14000d63)
- removeitem 00088954 1

To fix dark face:
- Download and open Creation Kit
- File -> Data -> Check (Skyrim, Update, modruby), Set modruby as Active File -> OK
- Actors -> Select Actor -> Double click ModRuby
- Select Head checkbox below -> OK
- Select ModRuby -> Ctrl + F4 -> Yes
- This will have exported face gen data

I found her but she can't do any thing but drink mead and say hi.

This mod doesn't work. She's no where in the Bannered Mane. I even restarted the game and I can't find her anywhere.

people complaining about the hood, thats a game bug, not the modder's. tell Bethesda to "Please fix it". also, these clothes are only addable through console and cannot be viewed in the inventory. They are unique to a powerful NPC and you cannot get them in-game.

having issues with this, the hood is up making the hair texture vanish in some places, also the skin coloring from the neck up is off.

It may be that she has another mod making her look that way. I remember a particular mod that made the nocturnal outfit look that sexy. If that is the case, then we would need which ever mod it is she has to give her that special outfit.
