The 1x3 Oxygen tank no side ports holds 10 times more than it should. It holds 1.5Ml where the one with ports holds 150kL. I can't exactly go switch them with the right tanks either due to how I built this all up.
As for the large hydro tank, it makes sense that the 3³ tank holds 10 times more than the 1x3 tank. It takes the space of 9 of those tanks, allowing for extra storage due to the saved space.
On our server we have 3x3x3 'square' tanks, with more capacity as well, but they're not balanced like these. I'll give it a once over anyway.
I hope KSW keeps adding more small-grid capability as I like building in that more than large grid and your tank sizes are so much more workable than the vanilla ones!
Keep up the great work!
Might want to check the SG 1x1 O2 tank capacity. I was playing around with a vanilla drop pod refit today and noticed it might be pulling the 1x1 H2 capacity of 7,500L.
I checked the rest of the SG capacities for O2 and H2 and they appear accurate to your design specs above. I did _not_ check the LG tank capacities.

The 'unbalanced' version isn't too terribly different if you still want to use the 2x generators.
Thx, i was worried about break my ships if i do not remove each tank from each ship to switch mods
You only need one :)
I think it's because generators need ice to even run, so if you throw it just in a tank, with no generator or ice, the game thinks the bottle will just get filled perhaps.
no idea honestly, this is one you should report on the keenswh support site.
I play a locally hosted game (by me) with a few friends. Every time I would use it, they would both crash, when they used it they would be the only ones affected. The hydrogen was coming from a slow trickle source so would almost never be able to fully refill the bottles.
No idea if this could be another mod conflict or a bug in SE itself, but we can all fill bottles using the generators without issue.
Thats the current version new one with your tanks will be ready hoping in about 3 weeks or less.
So the weight difference is strange in comparison to the 3x3x3
I.e. the 1x3 tank (large grid) weighs over 5 tons compared to the vanilla 3x3's 8 tons, which holds 9x as much hydrogen.
For the sake of balance, small tanks should be expensive to build, but maybe the components required should be relatively lightweight (interior plate, girders and construction cmpts are light, could probably even go for superconductors).
and ofc added glass since it has glass.
I can easily do the update to the 3x3x3 though. Thanks for letting me know :)
its just annoying right now that my fighters with the 3x3x3 tanks weight like 4 times that with one large tank.
I'm re-doing the components/build times etc so i'll fix it during that session.
Wondering why you boosted the InventoryMaxVolume setting from 0.75 to 4 ?
For 'SmallHydrogenTank' Differences vs Vanilla is as follows
<DisplayName>DisplayName_Block_HydrogenTankSmall</DisplayName>
<Description>Description_HydrogenTank</Description>
<Capacity>160000</Capacity><!-- should be 320000 in mod for 2x -->
<InventoryMaxVolume>4</InventoryMaxVolume>
<BuildTimeSeconds>45</BuildTimeSeconds>
<PCU>25</PCU>
For 'LargeHydrogenTank' Differencesvs Vanilla is as follows
<Description>Description_HydrogenTank</Description>
<InventoryMaxVolume>0.75</InventoryMaxVolume>
<BuildTimeSeconds>50</BuildTimeSeconds>
<PCU>25</PCU>

I took that screenshot on the 11th, forgot to share.
I was playing on a single player survival save and had this mod installed. I pressed "G" to open my menu and clicked on the "OCD" heading. The second I clicked "OCD" my game threw a fatal error and crashed.
