Still a solid concept with great potential, even it didn't end up being very effective... much like the Federal Reserve, ironically.

Cheers for the heads up - looks like the way they work out EFN on the american arrow has changed massively in the update.. The negative g loops used to hold excitement around 8.. :( I'll leave it on for now in case they change it back but I may have to prepare a eulogy for this blueprint...
