No idea if its this mod particularly but I slew the ether drake and there was no dragon hoard deposit.

This mod is currently preventing L-Gates from spawning on galaxy creation in some way. After narrowing down which mod to turn off to return L-Gate spawns I ran ONLY this mod on new galaxy generation. No L-Gates even on 1k star maps.

I wonder if its possible to make a mod to PREVENT leviathans from spawning. There is a mod that lets you spawn in special systems that arn't there when you start, and you can put them close to you. I'd love a mod that actually STOPS leviathans from spawning at generation

This mod no longer works properly in 2.2.x if you have distant stars enabled. Some leviathans will not spawn and the l cluster will not function at all. No l-gates will spawn and not even console commands can force it to spawn. Use Fire Fart's mod until this gets updated.

i have the same problem with the mod as nemesis described earlier. the drake spawns very often in a single game, others dont show up at all.
is there a fix planned for this`?

also, from what I know just changing the few lines you need to change in a new file but with a different word instead of 00_ in the name file (example: 00_defines.txt to abc_defines.txt) will just change those lines and you won't need to worry about game crashes or breaks or old code lines or new code lines not present due to a new patch. I don't know if it wil work though for the files of these particular mod, since they are not defines, events or on_action. But maybe trying to add something before distant_stars_initializers, for example: as_distant_stars_initializers will work too.

distant_stars_initializers.txt needs an update since new code lines have been added by devs to the file: you can check it out by confronting the base vanilla file (first tab) with the mod (second tab) at this txt differences checker online: https://www.diffchecker.com

i looked into your mod files and i have a short question. in the distant star initializer is the code: factor=0 has_distar=no, deactivate this line the special system?

I checked severly dozen games (2.1) and it seems that this mod doesnt work properly anymore...some leviathans are always missing on the map...maybe this 3 ether drakes on one map has something to do with it. ? ( BTW my vote against it, two maybe but not three).

That is very sad. Btw it is the enigmatic fortress which is missing most of the times.

any chance we could get an edict to force the leviathan spawns. i never got any leviathans at all after installing this mod just double checked and i dont have anything else that messes with any spawns or events exept maybe asorted precursor adjustments.

*Differing DLC leviathan spawn files

Seems they wanted to make things more organized and renamed the file, and added a new one for the new DLC. The old guardians file no longer exists...

Sorry it took a day longer than expected, but it's here!

UPDATE:
Now supporting 2.1.*. New files were created in support of the differing DLC leviathans, so it is technically no longer compatible with older versions... possibly. Let me know if it still is...

ALSO all Distant Stars leviathans and special systems now have their spawn rates nulled as well, meaning they should always spawn as well.
