It's likely a VALVe problem, unless the issue is exclusive for this skin, since VALVe games use two separate models for view and world models, aside from TF2, which started using a universal system since around 2014.

Is it possible to fix the texture on the worldmodel or is the problem on Valve's end (different UV layout, etc.)?
