Server is down because JP posted a bad mod update, keep watching mod page.. everyone is down so hopefully he posts a fix soon

Is this server new player friendly? i havent played in over a year cuz last time i had a nice base and alot of dinos and i invited someone into tribe..and when i woke up next day all my dinos were gone and my stuff was stolen..i gave up after that cuz i was trying to be nice and got screwed.
