So, is it multi-coloured the whole time, like on the Pyro at the end of the video, or does it constantly cycle through various single colours, like the showcase pictures and the first half of the video make it seem to be?

Personally I like the multi-colour version best. It would go well with my Showstopper taunt. Though I have no idea if it would make the Showstopper Unusual taunts look bad and drop in price, or if it would make them more sought-after.
