Overall I like the map and would like to host it but I dont get enough players for a map this large to be worth while. I wish you luck on getting this played often :steamhappy::) I would imagine spy wont be as difficult to play with all this space and alternate routs. You wont be forced to run in front of enemy fire or bumping into them just to get through. I could never function as spy when my only rout is always densely populated and spammy.

@Ultix Thanks for the feedback! I understand how you could be concerned about the spawn's proximity to the point, but I designed the map with this in mind. I wanted to emulate the long rounds of classic pub 2fort matches, but emphasizing teamplay rather than discouraging it by keeping the capture area open and giving it multiple entrances.

Map is kind of big but it does look well made. Map is scaled only for full servers. Probaby great for 32 players with fast respawn but I just dont see it being much fun with a modest player count. The active player base for workshop maps is too small for huge maps to be viable.

I also want to mention a design problem in this map that exists with just about every ctf map is respawn location. Spawn is too close to the capture zone which(like every other ctf map) can make capturing painfully difficult if both teams are equaly skilled. I've played even matches on landfall which has the same spawn placement as this map an game went on forever because neither team could reach the objective with enemies constantly flowing over the objective straight out of the respawn. Especially when engineers drop a sentry down covering point and build it to lvl 3 fast right from the door

Thats a great map for the Jungle Update, and also a great custom gamemode! We've got a custom CTF flag (as seen in the trailer for the Mayann update) and we've got now a custom CTF gamemode as well. Wonder what neat concepts we'll get next?

@ciel freeman, It was passtime for a couple beta versions, but it originally had this gamemode. I'll be uploading a passtime version set at night when this one is complete for sure
