i know how to attach it so it moves with the model but how do i get it to morph with it like in the photos? (photo 1 and 3)

It literally doesn't work. The decals don't even exist in the particle editor.

Sorry but this thing isn't useful at all. It disappears after locking it to a model. Not only that but it's a pain in the ass just to pose properly because you can only see particlles when the sequence is playing so you wont know its in the right position until you play, then you got to go all the way back and rotate it little by little but that doesnt matter cause the particle ceases to exist after locking it.

I don't see much use for it in this condition

I seem to have managed to get everything set up, (the radius being 2, loading everything in, etc) yet I cant see the actual decal while in my Animation Set Editor. Is it because it's not on a solid surface? Because Im not sure how I would get it to a solid surface without seeing it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

If you mean the decal moving along while you're dragging it, I'm afraid that is a limitation with particles in SFM, to my knowledge. The best you can really do is just play with the timeline while you put your decal into place.

This might sound weird but is there any way on placing it on the wall like being able to see it? Cause i can only move the blood when it's invisible and before the actual blood appears.

When you have your bullet wound, Make sure that Rotation Random is disabled

Next in Radius Random, set the radius min and max values to the same number, in this case preferably 2 for best size.

Finally in System Properties, scroll down to initial_particles and then set a number higher than 1, also apologies for the small print here.

They aren't really opaque. The pictures show the decals on flat textured surfaces which gives them that solid look you're talking about.

I'm having a problem, see the photos show the particle as being fully opaque but when I import it, it's slightly transparent and looks weird
